Warranty Information Zoll-Dental's Warranty Covers All of Our Instruments For 100% of All Material Failure. Material Failure is defined as any defect, pitting or corroding or breakage due to a fault in the steel or handle of an instrument. Any instrument found to have these types of defects will be replaced. Zoll-Dental's warranty does not cover instruments that break due to over or improper use, improper cleaning or sterilization, (sterilizing with bad water or too high heat), dropped instruments, improper sharpening and normal wear and tear. Returns may be done via phone call or via mail within 30 days of purchase for cash credit only for returned unused items. Credit towards new purchases will be given for items purchased between 31days and 1 year from date of receipt of product by customer. NO NON-DEFECTIVE USED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. If there is an item you have purchased and you do not like the item for some reason you may return any unused portion for refunding within the parameters of the Zoll-Dental return policy. Shipping Policy All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service for the fees listed below. Second-Day or Overnight shipments are available for an extra charge (dependent on product availability). Any out of country shipments will be quoted on a package-to-package basis. Out of country orders are not eligible for free shipping. Payment Options Zoll-Dental accepts all major credit cards for new accounts. Once credit is established invoicing can be an option.
